Video Overview

Deviant Ollam filmed this one in an airport on the way home. His front pocket now holds four items, and a knife is not one of them. He flies often and does not always have a checked bag, so a blade he has to move in and out of luggage stopped earning its place. What stayed is a small pick case, a RovyVon A5 G4 light, a Leatherman Style PS, and lip balm. Thanks to Deviant Ollam for showing the pocket he actually walks through a terminal with, not a kit staged for the camera.

Items & Gear List

Editor’s Insight

Deviant Ollam travels enough that his older pocket kit no longer fits the trip. The big flashlight is gone. The knife is gone. He does not always check a bag, and a blade that has to come out of a pocket and go into luggage is a blade he stopped carrying. He wanted the front pocket flat. Four items is the rule he is using now.

The case used to be taller. He built the first one from a cigar case so a larger light would fit. He shortened it once he decided he did not need that light. The case is magnetic, so it can sit on a metal surface while he works. That is a pocket organizer, not a reason to add more tools. He kept the space for the few things he still reaches for.

The light that stayed is small. In the description he spells the name RoyVon. The link he posted opens the RovyVon A5 G4, a USB-C keychain light with a magnetic clip and a white and red beam. On camera he shows a momentary press, a couple of taps for lower levels, a work light, and a red mode. He thanks a friend, MrB0t, for pointing him to this one. He says the spot is not sponsored. Use the listing he linked, not a search for a brand the page does not use.

The multitool is a Leatherman Style PS. Deviant Ollam shows pliers, spring scissors, and a few small drivers. It does not have a knife blade. That is the point for him. He says he can keep it in a pocket on a travel day, and he says this model is discontinued. A listing can still turn up. That does not mean Leatherman still makes it. If the page is gone, do not swap in a larger multitool and call it the same tool.

The third linked item is the pick kit he still will not drop. He keeps it in the small case he calls a golf bag. The description links Hard Case Survival’s 8/60 Covert Pocket Tools, and that product page is live. That is the set he points to. This post does not walk through how those tools are used. If you want the kit, the maker page is the link.

Lip balm is the fourth item, and it is the reason the pocket holster started. Deviant Ollam did not like a tube tipping over in a jeans pocket. He does not name a brand. The description has no product link for it, so this post does not invent one. A nearby tube from a shop would be a guess, and a guess is the wrong item.

That is the whole front pocket. A light, a bladeless multitool, a small pick case, and lip balm. Deviant Ollam says keeping that pocket from getting crowded made the rest of the day easier, including the walk through a busy terminal. The trade is simple. Leave the knife when the trip has no checked bag. Keep the tool you still reach for. Do not fill the space you just cleared.

Closing Remarks

Watch Deviant Ollam’s pocket dump before you copy the list. He shows why the knife left, why the Leatherman Style PS stayed, and why a tiny light beat the big one. The links above go to the three products he linked. He does not name a lip balm, so that item has no product link here. Hit play, then say what you would drop to keep a front pocket this small. If your own pocket has gotten too full to sit through a flight, that is the same problem Deviant Ollam solved by leaving the knife at home.
